4.Counter
Kitchen counter will be provided with polished Ruby-Red granite cooking table with stainless steel sink. with drain board (3'6''X 1'6'') (single bowl)(Diamond make). 3 feet tile above it.
5.Plumbing and Sanitary
1.All internal water lines will be of CPVC pipes( Finolex) concealed external lines will be of quality Finolex PVC pipes fixed on walls with clamps.
2.All waste water and soil lines will be of PVC pipes( Finolex) on the walls with clamps
3.All rain water lines will be of PVC pipes( Finolex) fixed on the walls with special clamps.
4.Kitchen and toilets will be provided with separate water connections from overhead tanks with separate gate valves. In Addition each house will independent water in the terrace.
5.Washing machine plumbing points will be provided in wash area or any other suitable space.
6.Master bedroom toilets will be provided with Jaguar brand fittings,one health faucet and a hot and cold wall mixer with hand shower.
7.Independent OverHead Water tank 1300 liters capacity will be provided for each house.
6.Electrical

7.Painting

8.Water Sump and Drainage
1.Independent water sump with capacity of 6000 liters.
9. Cup Boards and Lofts:
1. All room's cupboard and lofts will be provided except Hall.
2. 3 feet wide shelf with Marble slab will be provided for cupboards in the bedrooms and kitchen.

10. Terrace:
1. Terrace will be finished with quality weathering course( brick jelly with lime mix) finished with 1x1 pressed clay tiles.
2. A wash basin will also be provided in the terrace.
3. Construction of parapet wall (3' height) and 4-1/2"thick. Supplying and fixing $$ shamiana rings at parapet wall.
11. Doors:
1. The main door will be provided with single leaf shutter teak wood panel door, fixed to teak wood frame 5 " X 3 -1/2" . A Godrej lock ( 6 levers ) with keys viewing lens and safety chain will also be fixed. 6"handle, 1 no. Door stopper, 1 no. 6" and 1 no. 8" brass tower bolts). This will be supported with a grilled gate.
2. All other doors including the toilet doors will be provided with flush shutter fixed to teak wood frames ( 4 "X 2 1/2") . 5" Steel hinges, one Godrej 2-lever lock(1 no) 6" and 1 no. 8" aluminum tower bolts. Balcony / Sit out French doors will be of teak frame and shutter with safety grills.
3. All bedrooms doors will be fixed with Godrej mortice locks ( 4 levers)
12. Community Infrastructure:
1. High Quality EB infrastructure with mini pillar and Finolex cables installed with assistance of TNEB.
2. Concealed underground culvert pipes carrying EB lines, water pipelines.
3. Bitumen Topped Roads.
