SUPER STRUCTURE

RCC framed structure with RCC columns, beams and slabs. Internal (4" or 4.5") & external walls (8" or 9") with Bricks/AAC Blocks or equivalent.

FLOORING AND WALL TILES

Living, Dining and Bedrooms get First Quality vitrified tiles from (Asian/Nitco or equivalent) of 2 X 2' tiles with 3" height skirting with a 3mm spacer with grout.

KITCHEN

Granite counter top with SS sink with drain board (Prince or equivalent).

Electrical provision for 3 nos.5 Amp plug points and 2 nos. 15 Amps plug points.

Ceramic tiles dadoing in the wall upto 2' above the counter top.

BATHROOM

White Wall mount Western Closet and wash basin, health faucet and a Diverter (Make: Parryware/Jaquar or the equivalent).
