UPVC windows with security grills to the Walls; Grills painted with Synthetic
Enamel Paint Finish.

WATER SUPPLY :
Toilets will have water supply llines made of good quality PVC pipes and
one toilet will have EWC water closets and standard wash basin. All the taps will be with
chromium plated finish:
A bore-well / well will be provided with electric motor and one overhead water tank of
adequate quantity; Underground water sump will be provided for storing drinking water.
ELECTRICAL :
Villa will be provided with three phase electrical connection; concealed
wiring using multi stand copper cables and switch of standard modular make fixed on the
metal boxes;
Required electrical points will be provided both inside and outside the house.
EXTRA AMENITIES:
Any other requirement of the client shall be provided at extra cost; this
will be worked out as per the requirement of the client and the work will be executed
after approval of the client.
