STRUCTURAL

Wall mounted closet Parryware or equivalent in Master Bedroomand IWC for common Bathroom.

RCC framed structure

9" Thick brick wall for the outer wall and the 4 1/2" Thick brick for the internal partition wall.

Ceiling height is maintained at 3m slab to slab.

WALL FINISHES

Internal wall will be finished with cement plaster with putty finish and Emulsion paint Including Toilet wall above the tile level.

Bathroom walls will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles up to height of 7 feet height.

Kitchen Platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tile up to 2 feet.

Exterior faces of the building will be finished with 1 coat primer & 2 coat exterior emulsions.

FLOORING

WINDOWS

Windows will be UPVC Panel with see-through Plain glass and MS grills on inner side (Wherever applicable) with mosquito mesh.

French door will be provided with UPVC frame and toughened glass without grills. (wherever applicable)

Ventilators will have UPVC frame with suitable louvered glass panes.
