Robust RCC-isolated column footing foundation to ensure the safety of our homes.
Structure
The structure is made of RCC. Infused-masonry walls are built with light-weight blocks. All ceilings, inner, and outer walls have a cement plastering finish of the highest quality.
Joineries
The main door has been treated for quality paint grade wooden frames, moulded panel or equivalent flush with quality hardware finishes.
Bedroom and Outdoor Toilet
Quality wooden frames, painted, graded, and flushed door shutters, and quality hardware finishes are used for the bedroom and toilet doors.
Windows and French Doors
UPVC polymer sliding or fixed single plain clear glazed window shutters with MS safety grills are used for the windows and French doors.
Ventilators
The ventilators include an adjustable aluminium louver with pinhead glass.
Floor Finish
Floor finishing is of sublime quality in the living, dining, bedroom, and kitchen areas. These have 2×2 foot joints free of vinyl flooring, while the toilets and service areas have anti-skid vinyl flooring.
Bathroom Wall Tiles
The toilet walls would have viviparous tiles.
Kitchen
Pre-polished lustrous granite, along with the SS sink, is provided in the kitchen. Kitchen tiles up to a height of 2’0? above the granite platform.
Electrical
Three-phase electrical supply (anchor) is routed through extremely safe copper wiring from the main distribution board in each flat. Anchor switches are provided to ensure safety.
Plumbing & Sanitary
Concealed CPVC/UPVC water pipelines and sewerage distribution lines are connected to the STP. Many high-quality and reliable water faucets and sanitary fittings are used. Chrome-plated taps would be installed.
Painting
All the ceilings are painted with cement. The inner walls with wall putty would have matte finishing. The external walls are finished with synthetic exterior emulsion paint. All the doors are painted with synthetic enamel paint. The entire painting is of high quality and is long-lasting in nature.
Common Area
The beautiful lobby area would have vitrified tiles, and the staircase would have granite finishing. The staircase walls would be painted with cement paint. Vitrified tiles would be used in the car park area. For the car driveway area, there are pavement blocks.
Lift/Elevator
A large, high-quality lift would be provided.
