Masonry Aerocon blocks 200mm for External walls and 100mm for Internal partitions.
Floor height shall be 10'0" (CMDA regulation) and clear height of 9'7 1/2" until Slab bottom.
Anti-Termite treatment with Crowbar injection will be carried out at Foundation and Basement level as per IS 6312-2001 norms.
INTERIOR FINISH
Plastered surface with 2 coats Putty, 1 coat Primer and 2 coats of Premium Emulsion paint.
EXTERIOR FINISH
Plastered surface with Texture finish as per Architect's Design.
FLOORING & WALL
Drawing, Dining, Bedrooms and Kitchen: 600*1200mm Premium Vitrified Tiles.
Balconies: Wooden plank tiles 195*1200mm.
Bathroom flooring: Matte finish tiles 600*600mm.
Bathroom wall: Premium Vitrified tiles 600*600mm.
Lift Fascia: Sintered Stones/Granite per Architect's Design.
