Structure:

RCC framed structure with block masonry and plastering.

Flooring:

Hall, Dining, Bedrooms – 2*2 Matt finished vitrified tiles.

Painting:

Internal walls will be finished with putty and tractor emulsion, enamel paint for doors and grills, External walls with exterior emulsion (Asian/ Equivalent).

Joineries:

Main door teak wood frame with both side teak finished flush shutters, other doors with country wood frames and skin doors, Toilet doors with solid PVC material and architectural design.

Windows:

UPVC openable/ sliding windows.

Kitchen:

Granite cooking platform top with single bowl stainless steel sink wall dado up to height 2’ height for platform area using 10”*15” tiles.

Toilet:

Digital wall tiles up to 7’ height, Antiskid/ Matt finish floor tiles, size 12”*12”.

Sanitary Fittings:

CP fittings, closets and washbasins – (Imported/ Jacquar make).

Electrical:

Three phase supply with independent meters, concealed multi-stranded copper wiring with necessary power, lighting and AC points, TV, Telephone, Inverter wiring, DTH provision & Geyser points with modular type.

Water Proofing & Anti Termite:

Water proofing treatment using brush bond technology for all restrooms. Anti-Termite treatment will be performed in three various stages during construction of building.

Extrawork:

As per requirement by client at extra cost, whichever is technically possible.

Elevation:

Providing elevation toughened glass for Architectural look. 7’ height(glass colour as per builders Decision) Clay tiles in elevation sloped area planter box in elevation as per architect design.
