3. Basement Height 3'0” from the ground level. Based on government approval scheme.

4. Basement filled with good soil. Free from clay and salt.

5. R.C.C. Columns using Rods as per Design.

6. Roof slab, 10feet from the floor level.

7. Roof slab pouring with Ultra Tech Pump Concrete M-25 Grade.

8. Brick work in Superstructure all Main walls 9” thick with C.M.1:4.
