Structure

R.C.C framed structure with high quality chamber brick walls for external 9" thick and 4.5" thick partitions and plastered finish with concrete roof slab.2.5mtr High Stilt Floor.

Flooring

2'0"x2'0" Vitrified tile flooring - Hall & all the rooms. Antiskid ceramic tiles flooring - Toilets & balconies. Ultra or equivalent tile flooring for car park area, staircase - Granite flooring (SS Hand Railing].Drive way with inter locking pavers or equivalent Tiles.

Joineries

African Teak wood frame with solid flush door for Main Entrance with necessary hardwares. African Teak frames with factory made flush doors finished with laminates on sides for all bedrooms and Balconies and Water Resistant flush door for Toilets.

Windows

UPVC Windows (Openable/Sliding) &Ventilators with Exhaust for Toilets.

Kitchen

G-20 polished granite slab for the Kitchen platform, 1mm thick stainless steel sink, 2' Ht Ceramic designer tiles above platform.

Wardrobe Shelf

Wardrobe in bedrooms and Shelf in Kitchen provided with cuddappa Shelves and R.C.C loft on Top,. The Size of the Shelf will be 4'6" x 7'0" x 1'9".

Bathroom Tiles

Coloured design latest digital glazed tiles of size 24" X 12" till ceiling height in toilet walls according to Architect design.

Sanitary & Plumbing

Parryware EWC wall mounted and wash basin for toilets. Single Bowl with drain Board. A good quality wall mixer/Diveter (Archt.Design) tap with head shower, two in one tap, health faucet for closet area. Geyser provision with hot and cold piping system.

Electrical

ISI Multicore copper wire in concealed PVC conduits with MCB double door DB box with recessed modular sitches (Anchor Roma), high circuits for ALC, Geyser, Oven, Fridge and low circuits for other points. Independent 3 phase supply with common lightings in fabricated panel boards. TV & TP points for hall and other bedrooms and internet cable and inverter lines will be provided.

Painitng

Acrylic/Cement based putty for hall cum dining with plastic emulsion (premier) painting for all rooms internal walls and weather proof emulsion paint for all outer walls. Asian enamel paints for wooden joineries and non- corrosive Zinc cromate paints for outer grill works.
