STRUCTURE:
•Isolated Foundation with RCC Framed Structure designed
to be earthquake resistant to adhere to Seismic Zone 3
•First-class wired red brick will be used throughout the building.
•200 mm Red Brick for external walls and 100 mm Red Brick
for internal walls including plastering
•Floor-floor height will be maintained at 3175 mm (incl. slab)
•Anti-Termite treatment will be done during the Construction

WALL FINISH:

•The door’s threshold will be finished with granite.
•The terrace will be finished with weatherproof tile of 300mm x 300mm.
•The Entrance Veranda will be finished with Granite
•The staircase will be finished with vitrified matt full-body stair tiles
